The Pathways include 
the Spiritual Pathway, 
the Physical Pathway, 
the Intellectual Pathway, 
the Relational Pathway, and 
the Emotional Pathway.
The Pathways Booklet explains the use of those tools. There are five Pathways: Spiritual, Physical, Intellectual, Relational, and Emotional. There are also five stages of growth: Spectator, Passenger, Voyager, Trail Guide, and Trail Blazer.
